The Knights Table - Stainforth nr Settle

Chris and the team at The Knights Table provide a comprehensive breakfast, lunch and dinner menu which supports local/seasonal producers. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming for the Walker who drops in, groups of friends and family or a large get together. Their events evenings are booked up early and its the place to go for your staff Christmas meal. I'm a frequent Cake & Coffee dog walking customer and our son will tell everbody that the burgers are the best anywhere.

Lay of the Land - Settle

Excellent plants (which survive in the dales), excellent gardening advice, excellent cafe (exceptional bacon sandwiches) and excellent spot for Christmas presents. What more can I say. Just walk down the path between Booths Supermarket and Settle Fire Station.

Brasserie in the Courtyard

Open all day and 2 evenings a week the Brasserie is the place to sink into a chair and savour the flavour. Their food is seasonal, locally sourced and freshly prepared. If you over indulge slightly just walk the dog a little further!

John has supplied us, sorry taken our money in return for his pigs!, for a number of years now. He is always ready with advice and tips for how to keep and breed pigs. He also usually has a range of pigs for sale from weaners to working boars, thanks for our latest purchase John.His management system is very similar to that here at the Blue Pig Company and his pigs always do well for us.He shows his pedigree stock at various shows and has a number of prizes to his name this year.
